Seasons greetings, Ironclad family! The dust has settled since we moved to our new roasting facility in October, and we’re looking forward to keeping drums turning and fires burning in fulfilling retail coffee orders for our café customers and wholesale clients. In addition to a state-of-the-art roastery and warehouse area (pictured above), our new headquarters is set up with a tasting and brewing lab, and will feature both retail space and a reception area for our clients and friends in the near future.

It’s a busy time of the year, and we want to help ease the burden of holiday shopping however we can. To that end, we’ve made changes to our online payment processing system to expedite your purchases. Our new credit card payment integration Stripe sends your orders directly to our roast lab, allowing us to begin filling them right away. Look for the option at the bottom of our checkout page – and stay tuned, as we’re working on other ways to streamline and develop our web functionality!

We’ve got exciting new coffees, from some of our favorite origins and trusted producers, coming soon. Look for them at our new Shockoe Bottom café – and if you haven’t already, subscribe to our newsletter for the latest word on our offerings and event goings-on!
